FAQs

What is ReusePass, and how do I access my account?

ReusePass is a web application that helps you track and manage which reusable containers you need to return. When you sign up for the program, a ReusePass account will be created for you. Your ReusePass account shows your reusables activity, participating locations and return bin locations. You can access your account at any time by going to app.reusepass.com/tulane and logging in using the mobile number you used during signup.

Are the reusable to-go containers microwave safe?

The containers themselves are microwave safe, but the label on the containers contain a radio frequency identification (RFID) chip and cannot be microwaved. If you need to reheat food, please transfer it onto a plate or a microwavable container.

I'm unable to return my container(s) within the return window. What should I do?

If you cannot return your container(s) due to extenuating circumstances, please contact our Sustainability Manager, Emily Slazer, at slazer-emily@aramark.com.

Why reuse?

Selecting a ReusePass reusable container reduces single-use plastic waste! 95% of plastics don't get recycled; most single-use plastics end up in our oceans, landfills, and bodies. The production of single-use containers is a resource-intensive process. Each time you reuse, one less container needs to be manufactured, shipped overseas, and delivered to your campus.
