Wave City Market, a brand-new multi-outlet dining location for the Downtown Campus community, is now officially open! Located on the ground floor of the Tulane Medical Center at 1415 Tulane Avenue, this vibrant market will feature two exciting new concepts from Chef Edgar “Dook” Chase IV. These new concepts include Homage, a breakfast and lunch spot that serves Southern Style favorites, and Alva Jean’s, where you will find delicious rice and protein bowls. Also featuring a PJ’s Coffee, a Subway sandwich shop and plenty of outdoor seating, Wave City Market is the perfect place to grab a quick bite and relax during your busy day on the Downtown Campus.
